The Release Announcement said something about rc6 being a lot smaller than rc5, so I was surprised at how long it took to download. Then I compared the download packages. Rc5 was 74.7 MB while rc6 came to 119.2 MB. Was that a joke in the Announcement? I realize now that I measured the whole download packages and not just the kernels, but still...
Anyway, I have it: And it's working fine so far.

There were fewer changes. The file size of the kernel has remained.

I was kind of hoping Fienix would reboot after I installed 5.12.0-rc8, and by golly it did!
