I tested the SamFlex version.
It doesn't boot after reading the image (Image kernel ok).
I noted that a directory fs is missing in modules.

Thanks for testing. Will recompile using the 4.0.2 .config.
May have broken something with the 4.1 config

Audio now immediately available at boot on Sam460ex in Debian Jessie (8.1).
Problem was due to incorrectly configured Namespaces support.
