Here is the RC1 of kernel 6.3 for testing.

The merge window period was quiet because we didn't have to bisect and patch the source code.

Thanks a lot for testing the RC1!

Could you also please test the alpha3 with the first PowerPC updates? Maybe the issue is in the first PowerPC updates.

Tested Alpha4 of Kernel 6.3 and this is working ok!

Maybe this is the problematic commit: cpumask: re-introduce constant-sized cpumask optimizations

As the commit holds stuff like CPU_NRS etc.... and the stuff i am seeing at boot i would say Yes... this is the problematic code.

If they don't work, please delete the RC1 kernel modules and test the both kernels again.
