Here is what we can say after my tests:
It is not possible to unload the snd-hda-intel module from the kernel because it is builtin and therefore remains active at all times. This means that the graphics card module has priority, no matter what. The Sound Blaster card module will never be taken into account.
This is not really a problem as the screen has speakers. In my case, I don't have one. I solved my problem by adding an HDMI converter that I plug my speakers into. It works very well, even if you have to change the connections each time if you switch from Linux to AmigaOS
