Thanks a lot for your effort to create the RC1. Unfortunately the RC1 doesn't boot. After 'Uncompressing Kernel Image' nothing happened. Sorry, I don't know why.

BTW are you getting a Sam460CR from ACube ?

If the Sam440ep version boots I will.
If not I will stick to the 13.16.x versions for now.
Being able to test the kernels on 3 different Linux versions is what I miss for now.

I should be getting a Sam460 of some kind from Acube.
I asked them to hold back shipping for a couple of weeks due to some personal logistical issues.
Their original offer was for a Sam460ex lite so any one of the three variant works for me.

Looks like we are stuck at 3.16.x for the Sam460ex and 3.17.x for the Sam440ep for now.

Could you try your USB UMTS 3G stick and UMTSmon with the Sam440ep-flex please .

Sam440ep & Sam460 Lubuntu 14.04 installer (Untested)

3.16.2 kernel and Ext4 root filesystem.
Just attempting to update the 14.04LTS installer to the same features as the 14.10 installer .
