Big mystery to me too.

I had a working update 2 system running 1920X1080 32bit screenmode up to last Tuesday afternoon.
I backed up my system and applied update 3.
Did not have a stable system after.
It took me 4 days to isolate my problem to the graphics card and the high resolution modes.
I thought that it was a hard drive issue and tried 4 different hard drive.

I have not had a chance to test the faulty card on a PC system to see if I works yet due to my ham fisted treatment of my Pcs and some damage..

Okay - I have 2 Radeon cards - a 9200 and the 9250.
I baught both as new cards.
Hmmm....But even under update2 - where both card work at 1920x1080@32 I could never get minigl to work.
Strange thing.... I mean it'S a bit unlikely that both are faulty BUT one never know

But I could manage to get a PC to play with Now i will test both cards on the pc using Linux to test if maybe both cards are faulty.
And beleive me - that would be the reason I prefer At least I would have an explenation if so...

Will see what happens....

There may be an issue with heat here, I reconnected my case fan today and my "faulty" Radeon 9250 seems to be workin again.
