How to insert it in already installed Linux?

the official A-EON Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Remix Live DVD isn't released yet. Please have patience. It'll released soon.I'm looking forward to the release date.
But you can boot your installation with the kernel 3.10.15-ubuntu. Copy the kernel to the CF card. And execute the following command from the CFE:
