So tested kernels alpha 1 and 2 on Mate and Mint. Including KVM patch. So far so good. Now installing alpha 3 and onto that next.

These alphas are coming in so fast there won't be any space for the RCs.
So have tested alphas 3 and 4 between MATE and Mint. So far they have been very stable with no major problems. All alphas so far running well and look forward to testing 5 next.

There were many changes in the kernel source code, so we needed more alpha versions for testing.

There must have been many good changes.
On that note, alpha 5 continues the trend, also booting up well on Mate and Mint.
