I got this from starting from terminal command:
(ccsm:4083): Gtk-WARNING **: 18:39:22.513: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' locale.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/ccsm", line 32, in <module>

File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ccm/__init__.py", line 1, in <module>

Could you please start it with LANG=C ccsm?

Many thanks for the reply. It works. I made an icon so I didn't need to open a terminal.

I think there is some dependencies missing.
There is some program giving dependencies missing error.

I don't think the error has something to do with Arctic fox, only that the installer tell that there is is missing dependencies fore some installed programs ,
I think that Pinta and Gramps has missing dependencies.
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of pinta:
pinta depends on libglib2.0-cil (>= 2.12.10-1ubuntu1); however:
Package libglib2.0-cil is not configured yet.
pinta depends on libgtk2.0-cil (>= 2.12.10-1ubuntu1); however:
Package libgtk2.0-cil is not configured yet.


Arctic fox is on version 27.9.17 (so that is ok)
