I use openSUSE Tumbleweed PPC64 and Fedora PPC64. I don't know if they have any perspective.sailorMH wrote: Mon May 11, 2020 9:28 am Whal linux ppc64 distro is today the most suitable for everyday work? With some perspective. I am still using Debian 8, which is outdated.
Unfortunately I don't have any experiences with the latest Debian installation programs. The old installation program had looked for the installation CD and looked for matching modules. Since the Debian CD wasn't meant for the AmigaOne X1000, it had not find any appropriate modules and asked you whether you want to continue without loading modules. We had answered “Yes” here.sailorMH wrote: Mon May 11, 2020 9:28 am And second question - I tried to install Debian 10 yesterday without success.
Yes, these exactly I installed. Thanks, it works out of the box.xeno74 wrote: Mon May 11, 2020 11:44 am

Continue without modules doesn't work with new installer. But you help me - I put the modules to initrg.gz only (which is not works). I will try add them to .iso also.xeno74 wrote: Mon May 11, 2020 11:44 am Unfortunately I don't have any experiences with the latest Debian installation programs.
