No, that was a quite accurate description of the situation.

Now, if only they cold be bothered to also fix the certificates on the webserver, as they expired more than 2 months ago.
And then allow me to change password on my user account over https, so I won't have to "re-register" in the name of some dummy user with temporary mail address.
