To update this thread: I believe it is a known issue that the early startup menu does not show up on RTG anymore with the latest kernels. I am not sure if this was ever resolved. I do not think it was.

Would be nice if somebody could fix this annoying issue, no RTG or any signal from voodoo3 card since update 2 and now i cannot use update 3 too , even if force copied an older kernel file to kickstarts folder. V3 is visible in OS if using native screenmodes (PAL) , picasso96Mode is set correctly and board is visible, but if i try to use any V3 screenmodes there´s no signal. This behavior can be reproduced with winuae, with identical config, without using uae new boot rom enabled. (using OS4.1FE update 3 (A1200 mediator (tx) setup with BPPC card).
