Yes. 3D works fine in Remix. Both with two cards and one. In Debian testing it just will not give me 3D with one or two cards.

Yes.

The line I have to add .profile is this this?: export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/mesa-10.0.4/lib/

I just copied it in at the bottom.

You have done it fine. Could you post your xorg.conf, please? I'll compare it with my xorg.conf on Debian Sid.
