Well MUI4 does not come as an update in AmiUpdate.
I have four servers in AmiUpdate: update.amigaos.net, amiupdate.net, amiupdate.codebench.co.uk and amiupdate.net/SdkServer
Still Mui3.9 is installed on the OS4.1 update6.

In that case you need to check the AmiUpdate log to see why it isn't showing up. The AmiUpdate log is usually very good at showing you exactly why AmiUpdate is not doing something.
Note there is also a "verbose" option on the log so you should turn that on as well.

also check that the servers are active in amiupdate. -> checkmarked in the menu.

I checked all the servers, but I skipped the logonprocess on the update.amigaos.net server !
It is fine now, after using my registration name etc. from Hyperion.
