I finally made it like you explained to me They look very beautiful and cool on the top right of the Workbench Title bar Thank you all

those small icons are not centered vertically, can that be fixed?

Perhaps if possible a apps could be written to detect condition of users onboard battery,but this is probably best left in the Prefs or utility draw.

There seem to be many possibilities Such "mini-apps" and/or "mini-docks" are extremely useful, which should focus on viewing important functions and warnings, for instance.
