Same here.
I just dont use the centre resize button very much

I don't think so as the problem happen also resizing normally the window

Nope, not here.
Once I resize the OWB screen to any size it works OK.

In this video the guy didn't use SilverGreen but another theme so i can say it's not a specific SilverGreen bug (or almost not only a SilverGreen bug) there is somethings wrong (little bug) in OS4 i presume
