Yes, but hopefully it seems that 3.3v only card are not so common.

I got a working Sapphire HD 4850 out from a broken PC and it works like a charm in my test monkey here, so i thought i will keep that baby for when (if) my Second Batch X1000 arrive...yes, i know, there hasn't been official pre-ordering yet, i'm just hoping to be on the list

As soundcards, you can use some Soundblaster Live! 5.1, some M-AUDIO cards and the ESI Juli@ for exemple.
Silicon Image SATA and PATA PCI adapters, Radeon 9250, Realtek 8169, TV Card based on Conexant Cx2388 are 3.3 compatible. I'm sure other usefull and OS4 compatible cards exists.
Which sound card are you using?
