Thumbnail images in drawers

Was wondering if any of the Betatesters/Developers could explain why the option to display image files as thumbnails inside the drawers as has been removed since update4 ?. I would imagine its a performance issue but would be nice knowing the official reason, it was a nice little feature to have if you had drawers full of images maybe it will be back in the next update ?.

I didn't know this was an "official" option!?
I thought one need to install easter for it

Have tried easter but not really getting on with it.

The Workbench previews feature is planned to be released with AmigaOS 4.2.
