I released the RC3 of kernel 7.3 for X1000 and e5500 machines (X5000/20, X5000/40, Mirari, and QEMU VMs) today.

The RC3 of kernel 7.3 with the new B650 SouthBridge (setenv bootargs root=/dev/nvme0n1p1 pcie_ports=compat):

So I don't know if there was a known issue, but I had a problem with the RC5 of 7.2.0 kernel. My NetworkManager crashed and I had no network. However the following ones were fine including the final kernel.

Now onto the 7.3.0 series which is off to a promising start. The alpha1 booted fast. I'll see how the RCs go.

I'm wondering if MATE is too old to test with. I found broken network with 7.3 a2 to a3 as well. While a5 was fine. However I did get some DRM crash with a5. The system seems to work fine but Firefox is unable to download and gives an unknown error. DRM crash below in case it matters.

Have you tested the kernels with other Linux distributions like Void PPC and MintPPC32?
