Just testing now. Yes the default RC5 works. Both on Mate and Mint.

For the ASPM kernel they both broke on the rcu, Mate kept trying. Mint ended up crashing.

RC6 tested and working on my Mate system. Will test Mint later. I had forgot to copy across the modules on my test system, which I corrected, but the kernel booted fine with no major issues or errors in dmesg.
