Hi All,

Here is the alpha3 of kernel 6.16 with the first DRM, exFAT and NTFS3 updates for X1000 and e5500 machines (X5000/20, X5000/40, Mirari, and QEMU VMs).

Hi All,

I released the alpha4 of kernel 6.16 for X1000 and e5500 machines (X5000/20, X5000/40, Mirari, and QEMU VMs) today.

I compiled the kernels with GCC11.

The merge window is over. Linus Torvalds has released the RC1 of kernel 6.16 for testing yesterday.

I compiled it for X1000 and e5500 machines (X5000/20, X5000/40, Mirari, and QEMU VMs) today.

Please test the kernels.

It is very important to find and rectify any issues at an early stage.
It is very difficult to fix issues months later.
