And X5000 where possible. Not that I need a new project, but I've wanted to improve the Linux experience for some time. :)
Hi Hypex,

Any news? I compiled the latest stable and test kernels with initrds for you. I compressed some X1000 Linux kernels for your X1000 Debian installer project. I hope it helps.

4.20-rc4 runs without a glitch here. Also SuperTux with or without the --renderer switch.

Sorry, I've been busy and didn't check back. Will do some testing. Thanks.

In the meantime I need to go from LABEL to UUID. It keeps picking up my old Ubuntu 9.04 install from my A1/XE HDD. It can actually boot and work fine with kernel 4.19. :-o

Good that we can now boot off HDD but we need a better system for changing kernels. Right now mine is tied to 4.19 so need to change that so I can just drop a file in place on my boot volume.

Hi Hypex,

Thanks a lot for your reply. Did you boot Ubuntu 9.04 with our kernel 4.19 on your X1000? The oldest Ubuntu that I ever used on my X1000 was Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS.
