Also, when you comment out (or remove) the line from your Kickayout file, you don't actually have to also delete the driver from your Kickstart directory; as long as it isn't referenced from the Kicklayout, it won't be activated. And if you want to re-activate it, you just remove the semicolon, and you're all set.

This is the easiest way of disabling and enabling Kickstart modules.

An easy way to get a debug log would be to boot up till the crash, then warm reboot and boot into a shell. And save the content that C:DumpDebugBuffer gives.

I'd also like to add some additional infprmation to this thread. I have two Apple keyboards and have tested both. I had partitial success and include my usb log here. One smaller keyboard has never worked but a bigger Pro one always has. Except when I tested it and ran into problems. I also tried inserting devices into the keyboard USB ports. (They are also a hub.) Here is what happened. Sorry it's rather long.
