Is there a supported PCIe ethernet card?

Post by mbrantley »

Is there a supported PCIe ethernet card that will work with AmigaOS on my X1000?

I currently use the provided PCI ethernet card in a PCIe adapter, but I'd like to have something more secure and less "wiggly." I may investigate a more secure mount for what I've got (perhaps just need a half-height bracket for the PCI card), but if there's an inexpensive PCIe card out there that will work, I'd order it.

I relocated the PCI ethernet card to allow for the installation of a CatWeasel Mark IV card.

Of course, support for the onboard ethernet port would be the most ideal solution, but I suspect that's a ways off since there are bigger fish to be fried.

Not that I'm aware of? There was a suggestion that there was OS4 drivers for one of the PCi-e Network cards but test proved fruitless.
