Can't register OS3.2 CD

Post by Christopher Follett »

I'm trying to register CD. Been trying every few months since its release.
There is only a Disk version in drop down. So no way to register. I tried entering key in Disk version but did not work.

How are others able to register and download update?

There is no other version, just enter your serial number.

Make sure to enter letter O's where it looks like zeroes.

Hi,
I am in the same situation. I bought the CD edition as soon as it got out (via a local distributor), and failed to register here since. Where exactly can we find this serial number ?
Thanks

The serial number is a sticker on the foil packaging that is wrapped around the DVD-case.

What if you didn't pay attention and disposed of the foil and thus the key gone, how do I get a new key to register?

I don't know, i do pay attention most of the time. :D

One could ask the dealer for a replacement, worth a try at least.
