Kernel 6.8.0 RC3 up and running on my AmigaOne X5000

Auto negotiation speed detection on the DPAA inetwork nterface is still broken.

Thanks a lot for testing the RC3! :-)

I don't use the DPAA ethernet because of the 'unplug-replug' issue. Since which kernel version is it broken?

i think it started with 6.8 RC1 again, but ill have to look into that...

Since years i have been using the onboard DPAA ethernet without issues using MorphOS, OS4 and Linux. It makes not sense having to use a 10 euro Realtek NIC which also takes up a PCI slot when we have the powerfull dpaa onboard adapter.
So the issue some users have with the DPAA Ethernet and linux must have something to to with the linux OS or the network stuff behind the onboard NIC, like switch or router its attached to. It has been a weird problem for many users for quite some time now and would be a good thing if this somehow could be fixed.
