Fienix ssd install

Post by Tijatjj »

Hi having a problem to install on hd. Format to fat 32 ok. Then copy over ok. Then resize can’t do . Then tells bad partition table and shows only the original 1 terabyte hd. Only using around 60gig thought. Trying to get it using a raspberry pi ? Also using Gparted.this is with the 1 Free space preceding instructions.the label is FIENIX-DISK. Thank you

Do you use the latest Fienix img for a whole hard disk or USB stick? Download: fienix-soar_3.0-2020608-net.img.tar.gz

Please use GParted to increase the "FIENIX-DISK" partition to the size of your hard disk (Partition menu, then Resize/Move).

NOTE: this is a multi-partition disk image; do not attempt to copy the image to a specific partition - you need to enter the /dev path to the disk, not to a partition (use "/dev/sdz", not "/dev/sdz2"). You don't need to create and format partitions before you copy the image to the hard disk.

Running Linux on AmigaONEs can require some tinkering.
