I released the RC3 of kernel 5.13 for testing today.

New:

• Linux 5.13-rc3 Released With The UMN Reverts+Fixes But Otherwise Small -- phoronix.com
• Linux 5.13-rc3 announcement
• PowerPC fixes 5.13-4
• drm-fixes-2021-05-21-1 (including a radeon fix)
• Linux Git log
• Quota support for setting user limits for disk usage (CONFIG_QUOTA, CONFIG_QFMT_V1, and CONFIG_QFMT_V2). Further information
• Phoronix articles, reviews and news stories covering Linux 5.13
