There is a link for downloading a working MintPPC partition image, and instructions how to copy it on your hard disk with dd. You may first need to create (with GParted) an empty partition of at least 10 000 MB on which you can then copy the MintPPC image. Please double check the correct partition name before using dd!-)
I suppose you have already Fienix installed...? You can boot MintPPC just like Fienix, using the same kernel components and Uboot variables. Just change the disk identifier to the MintPPC partition.
