Do you have a X5000/40? If yes, then you need an other dtb file.

I have not run away ... is that these days I thought that the devil had taken command of my house :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: .
Two corrupt hard drives to recover, another one that escaped from my hands fell to the ground and obviously no longer works !!!! And finally the washing machine broke ...... (and with the lockdown .....). :x :x :x
Let's go back to Linux, I begin to seriously think that the USB ports of my X5000 have hardware problems, I can't type more than two commands which then the computer goes into the loop with the writing:
EHCI time out on TD token 0x etc. etc. (I write by heart).

I have always only used AmigaOS and therefore I have never noticed this thing, I have used the Uboot commands on the 5000 very few times.
I have the following video cards:
- HD 4650
- HD 5450
- HD 6570
- HD 7750
- R5 230
- R7 250
  which one do you recommend to use to get the maximum (3D etc.) both with Linux and with Amiga?

another step with Fienix Soar, I can give the commands from uboot, the start phase starts but at some point it freezes with the following message:

Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(8,17)
Rebooting in 180 seconds..

You tried to boot with the wrong /dev path to your USB disk. Please use the actual /dev path to your USB disk. For example "/dev/sdb2", "/dev/sdc2", "/dev/sdd2" etc.

therefore, I also thought about this eventuality, in my opinion my usb should be "sdc". My configuration:
- hdd on internal sata;
- DVD on internal SATA;
- hdd on sata card with four ports on PCI;
- usb stick;
In my ignorance I think usb stick is "sdc", so sdc1 Fat and sdc2 Fienix, right?

Maybe /dev/sdd2. Please try it out.

Thanks

I am in Fienix Soar with InterWeb browser, try try try uff!
Next step:
how install Fienix on hdd? I want install second hhd on X5000 and detach my dvd.
Now I use PCI network card, I can use onboard ethernet port and which?

P.S. I have a 32GB usb stick, can install Fienix on this and no second hhd?

You need to download the Fienix img again with Fienix (booted from the USB stick). After that you can copy the image with "dd" to an empty partition of your hard disk.
