Hi, is there a way to load/install linux kernel on an SD (1GB) and and using SAM460ex internal SD unit then booting it?

every thing is the same as using a USB thumb drive.
Just format the SDcard or SDcard partition to ext2 or ext3 and copy the kernel and 460.dtb to it .
If you only have one partition on the SDcard then the pt variable in the Amigados scripts for Uboot would be

nvsetvar pt="usb 0:1"
