Hi, sent here from another thread. Dropbox links are down, can anyone help me out with a recent working linux distro (or BSD distro?) of any kind that works on sam 460ex?

I uploaded some Sam Linux kernels and distributions last years.NinjaCyborg wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 4:02 pm Hi, sent here from another thread. Dropbox links are down, can anyone help me out with a recent working linux distro (or BSD distro?) of any kind that works on sam 460ex?

Running Linux on AmigaONEs can require some tinkering.

Re: Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 Live DVD or USB
Hi there.
So a friend is interested in installing Linux again on his Sam flex. He downloaded a recent Debian CD image. But it would need to be "hacked" to work on the Sam. There was also an issue with ub2lb menu needing old FFS but I read SFS is supported so that shouldn't cause issue now.
I most of the latest are net installs. Would this cause an issue now with missing sources?
I wonder how hard it would be to patch an ISO with Sam files? I also don't know how well Debian Bookworm would perform on the Sam.
