I decided to use rsync. I have brought to life the old hard drive in a usb hard drive bay. Now I have soon transferred all my linux partitions to the new hard drive. Then I should soon be up and running again.
Have a nice day
Peter

Hi Christian. I'm in big trouble. I have been transferred ubuntu 16.04 Fienix, remix17, debian sid and mint.
Then I lost the connection to my new hard drive again. The hard drive is brand new so there is nothing wrong with that.
There are a number of errors from sata4.00: as you can see in my photo. Maybe it's my sata cable. I have ordered a new one.
Until then, I can not go any further.
Regards Peter

Oh dear. In my point of view it is a hardware issue. I hope, that the new cable will fix the issue.

Hi Musa,

Could you please check your CF card? The RC4 boots on my X1000. Maybe you need to reformat it. Did you boot with the zImage-5.12 or with vmlinux-5.12? Have you added "-z" to the CFE boot command line for the zImage?

Thanks,
Christian
