changes please

two (three) requests, if i may.
the avatar settings are quite restrictive, if not hostile, regarding aspect ratio and size. please change.
the 'online' banner seems to take a significant amount of screen estate, please move that e.g. onto the avatar picture.
There is a '^' button in the bottom of each post, wasting vertical space. Please ask somebody with experience in gui design to avoid such things in the future. and move that functionality to another place.
