Disappearing accounts?

MartinW over at EAB asked me to post here, he had an account here with username of guddler which seems to have been deleted. I was hoping an admin here could help him out; his thread is at

I couldn't find any mention of "guddler" in the system or logs.
Tell Martin to create an account again and I'll approve it. He already has products registered but he needs to create an account at this site.
