Actually now that I think about it, mine only has 512MB and I tried acquiring all sorts of 1GB simms and nothing worked properly
I remember one day I turned my AmigaOne on and was greeted with a black screen. I mucked around with it for about half an hour and decided bugger it. I put it away and carried on using my A4000 PPC running AmigaOS4.x until my first Sam arrived, the rest is history
Because i can only spare that much money and the X1000 is top of the list
