Greetings,

I am having an issue with using my cd32 gamepad with my amiga 1200 bppc and os4.0. I have another system with 4.1 Classic installed and after configuring amiga input I got it to work great. I tried doing the same setup in amiga input under os4.0 and it will not work at all. Does amiga input not work properly in os4.0?

Does anyone have any ideas? Again this is under 4.0 in my classic ppc with the cd32 gamepad installed in the usual port 1.

There was a known issue with AmigaInput generating a .info file associated with the settings and that would cause errors on pre AOS4.1 system.

Delete amigainput prefs file in Envarc and then uncheck "Create icons" on AmigaInput's pulldown menu to gets rid of the "dangerous" .info files

I tried as you had suggested and it does not help. Still the same issue.

Any other ideas to try. Not sure if anyone has it working in a classic system. I know that 4.0 is more glitchy than 4.1. I was just hoping for a workaround.

How did you configure it on os 4.1?
I have the same problem and cannot play wipeout 2097
