Ringhio Linebreak fix confirmation

Post by fingus »

While i working on a new Version of Flipclock and tried to fix the Ringhio-Output (Linebreak) of Flipclock i figured out that Ringhio now with Update4 seems to do the Linebreaks wordwise correct! :D

Can Someone confirm that since Update 3 or 4 this was fixed by the Ringhio-Autor?

Well, a while ago in this thread I pleaded for the Release Notes to become available to developers. (They used to be part of the SDK in Commodore days, so what's the story with making them so secret now?) Here you get another example why the Notes can be useful: programmers cannot rely on something having been fixed because there's no place the fix is confirmed! If Fingus could consult the Release Notes, he wouldn't have to chase the OS developers and ask questions in the forums.
