PlayCD needs USEAHI tooltype on Sam

Just a small thing about the latest PlayCD
The USEAHI tooltype is missed so how user can know about it ?
PlayCD doesn't work (for example) on Sam440 without this tooltype and there are no reference about it, so please add it by default

The issue of the missing tooltype and updated documentation has already been reported internally and is being handled; thanks for the report, though.

Hopefully there will be also an update on the graphical interface, it's a bit ugly right now

It's the original GUI from many years ago. I don't think anyone is interested in writing a whole new PlayCD just to get a new GUI.

Mmm you need to rewrite the whole program to make the GUI a bit better ?
