Hi guys.
So I'm interested if there is any Bluetooth support in OS4? I don't mean any fancy support of popular devices. I just mean a basic stack.
So the basic device would be a Bluetooth USB dongle. I have one. Not exactly used it since I've only used Bluetooth in a laptop built in. It would be good if support for a basic terminal device was there to communicate with basic devices. Or at least exchange some kind of data.
I'm aware of the Cobalt program which looked great. It was also a long time ago now. So I don't know if anything else was developed along with it.
I plugged in a USB floppy, which I found has drivers built in, so it gave me some hope that Bluetooth might be supported in some way. Even if they are different devices.
Any Bluetooth support?
Re: Any Bluetooth support?
There was some work done on BlueTooth support some years ago,but it unfortunately stalled due to other commitments.
Perhaps it might start up again, one day....

Okay, thanks for commenting.
Re: Any Bluetooth support?
Indeed, I would suggest to port an embedded implementation like Lightweight Bluetooth
