PCI_GamePort.driver caused crash/freeze

In some case the "PCI_GamePort.driver" in AmigaInput prefs need to be unticked/disabled before starting a game
A good test example is the old football game Eat The Whistle

On X5000 there is a DSI due to PCI_GamePort.driver. but when disable PCI on AmigaInput prefs, game will start without problem
Similar problem can be seen on Sam440, but on this machine instead of DSI, the whole system will freeze
