MicroA1 - back USB update3 freeze

I have tried update3 with my microA1 installing on the update2 (quite clear installation).
Activating the back usb the WB is still freezing on boot: this problem emerged with update2 (as far as I remember) and is still
present on my system.
Also with OS4.0 I remember to had these ports activated (just sometimes a reset was needed to activate them times to times)

Does anyone have experience on how to finally overcome this problem? Is update3 fixing it or are there any plans to fix?

Thank you in advance for support
Alessandro

The problem has not yet been fixed. There has been an effort to try and fix it but no luck so far.

If your using onboard IDE controller, comment out all the SII cards in the kickstart layout.
It will fix the freeze issue.

I get this problem no matter what, until I disable all the SII cards.
Every update replaces the kicklayout file, I am then unable to boot. I cant even boot from CD as that has the SII cards enabled in kicklayout.

Sounds like you need to make your own Emergency boot CD using AMIDVD.

Which is what I did, :).
