If you have Sashimi running while inserting the USB disk do you get any debug output?

For additional debug output you can also enable filesysbox.library debug mode:
setenv FBX_DBGFLAGS 0xffffffff

Just put the Sashimi executable in SYS:C, then open a CLI and type in the commands:
setenv FBX_DBGFLAGS 0xffffffff
sashimi

After starting sashimi the CLI window will show any output made using the DebugPrintF() function, so just insert your USB disk and see what output you get (if you have already inserted your USB disk once you will want to do a reboot first).

If you have a serial null-modem cable so that you can catch the debug output from another computer then that may be preferable to using sashimi.

Also before doing anything else you might want to type "version massstorage.usbfd" in a CLI window to ensure that you are using the 53.37 version of this component.

Hah, solved.

Wrong version of massstorage.usbfd.

Im getting better, I first think that problem is in my setup, not that it is OS bug :)

Definetly userfailure.

Thanks :)

Sashimi doesnt give any hits.
