Re: update.library 53.12
Have you tried to Rollback AmiUpdate to the time when Update Library 53.12 was released?szaman wrote:Where I find update.library 53.12?

Rollback is very useful if you missed something or something went wrong, then trying to update again, and then it might work? Worth a try.

Re: update.library 53.12
Make sure AmiUpdate is at the latest version and try to Rollback to 2 weeks ago when the update.library 53.12+ was brought up the first time, and see if it works.AmigaNG wrote:I just booted up my Amiga today I and tried Amiupdate it say Failed to open update.library 53.12+ and it was working fine last time I update my amiga about two weeks ago, (yes i know I should really check in more offen).

Re: update.library 53.12
I have updated the full archive at http://www.amiupdate.net in the downloads page to 2.34, which includes the latest update.library and all other components.
If you are going to take parts from this archive, make sure to take all of them, as most parts have changed to suit the new RollBack directory naming.

Re: update.library 53.12
I have the same issue..
I have update.library 53.9
the one on the server is 53.11
but it asks for 53.12+
This is a recent installation done today, 4.1 classic update 2, manually updated to 3 -> reboot, 4 ->reboot etc up to 6.
then did the auto update.
Installing from the package mentioned above just results in the udater won't start at all and still complains about the library
a manual copy of the update.library file from the extracted file, and a reboot seemed to help, also a reinstall with default settings (as compared to novice) seemed to help.

so as you can see I did read the posts above.
