Hi-color and true-color screens in AmigaOS still need to have a palette for pen-based drawing.

Re: iff.library iff.l.main stub existing?

@salasso Thanks, a big step forward. I did put the OS4/include/proto/iff.h OS4/include/inlines4/iff.h and OS4/include/interfaces/iff.h in the SDK in the include_h/ subdrawers proto/ inlines4/ and interfaces/ respectively and kept the OS4/Include/iff.h in the same drawer as the source. Re: iff.library iff.l.main stub existing?

@JosDuchIt

You're code doesn't work because it doesn't include proto/iff.h file.

For any library you want to use functions from you should always include the appropriate proto/libname.h file in your code.

Re: TextAttr Solved

struct TextAttr Topaz80 = { "topaz.font", 8, FS_NORMAL, 0 }; You're two "fixed" versions set ta_Style and ta_Flags to the character constant '0' (i.e. ASCII code for '0' which is 48) instead of the value 0. This is completely wrong as ta_Style is supposed to be either set to 0 (...

Re: MultiView / AmigaGuide.library Bugs (1 minor, 2 grave)

Hello, And Multiview don't play Gif anim pictures. That's not a bug of Multiview. It is because the OS-included gif datatype is implemented as a subclass of picture.datatype instead of animation.datatype. The OS-included gif datatype misuses a feature of newer picture.datatype versions that's meant...

Re: What's the MicroA1-C Mark 2?

@Stephen Robinson

IIRC the Mk2 was an early version of the µA1-C that was only sold to developers so most likely it's not what you've got.

Re: Welcome!!

Are you also saying that WinME and Win2000 were unsuitable as an OS when it was released? I guess you haven't used Windows ME (Millenium Edition) if you have to ask. We had it installed here for a short while but after we noticed what a buggy piece of shit it was we instantly upgraded back to Windo...
