Is it possible to run one of these distros on Sam460 + RadeonHD 6xxx series ?

have you tried using a usb hub for your mouse and kb ?

I don't have this problem on my Sam460.. Also using Logitech keyboard and mouse (wireless)

What happens when you type following from cli:

c:reboot fast

What brand keyboard / mouse are you using ?
I had similar problems with A4 Tech mouse/kbd combo.
After replacing both with Logitech kbd/mouse, problems disappeared.

Maybe your kbd/mouse is making problems with the usb stack. ?
