USB sound might make sense once we have USB2 (and hence enough bandwidth for it to not noticably affect anything else), but I have a hard time imagining why anyone would choose USB sound, so I guess it would get a rather low priority.

@chris I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't use the Lisp-based installer because it's another (and quite strange!) language to learn, and I'd rather use that time for programming. Why on earth are you using USB? Why not just have both HDs connected to your OS4 machine at the same time?
