no it doesn't.... ? And yes, I used the right kernel like described in the guide. I get quiet a few error messages, then it stops printing error messages and does nothing...

Howcome that REDDebugger worked with AOS4.1upd4 ?
What has changed ?
Or other way around, how can I sort of "downgrade" my X1000 to upd4 in order to keep on developing/using REDDebugger ? (Dualboot wouldn't be a problem for me)

replaced kickstart/dos.library.kmod with the one from my old SAM440 (upd4) installation. (Placed my old SAM440 HD into my new X1000 - not bootable etc...of course) -> same result, will capture serial line output later on...
