Welcome to the club Have you tried the internal sata-port? I get better result with it. Doing some testing now but hopefulle in 3-4 hours i can give you more information how it went.

Its working now thanks for the help. My next question is if its impossible to install aos4.1 on another harddisk? I tried several times adding slb v2 but after installation configurationsfile is still missing?

This happens when i try to start my working harddisk or try to boot on aos4 bootmedia. How can i get rid of this? I guess it has to do something with uboot loading.
