Re: Sam440ep Linux
I read the web pages you gave me. I didn't see any answer. So do you know if in the future this problem will be solved ? Do you work on it or someone else at Acube ? By the way, I will thank you for your patience and your job. Very good. Did you try to install the other packages during installation ...

Re: Sam440ep Linux
Well,
I am writing from firefox ubuntu.
I am going to test it. The colors in http pages are wrong. For example, the colour of the background is yellow and not white.

Re: Sam440ep Linux
I changed the menu.lst file, same thing happens.
I will try the first disk version.
Just to be sure, could you remember me the different steps ?
Or Do I just leave my sfs boot and reserve some unpartioned place at the end of my disk ?

Re: Sam440ep Linux
Then the link is not good. It seems there is an old iso. I download the last three links you gave me, they are the same iso and uImage is the same always as I have in linux:boot Could you verify the link and the iso because I don't explain the different dates. EDIT: Sorry I edit this before you post...

Re: Sam440ep Linux
I used this iso. It is the same I have, same size and diff didn't complain.
Why did you write it was old, where did you see it ?
I didn't want to do that but I think I will try to install in the first disk.

Re: Sam440ep Linux
I changed to Parthenope.
I have two entries, one for OS4 and one for linux.
When I select the second, it launchs something, i.e. decompacts the kernel but it hangs for two or three minutes before to reset.
I give you a snapshot of the screen.

Re: Sam440ep Linux
Yes, all is correct.
But why do I have the error "cannot mount ext2 filesystem?"
Is there something to do manually to mount it or to verify the installation ?
